Right of withdrawal

As established in article 49 of Law No. 8,078/90, of the Consumer Defense Code, the customer has a period of seven calendar days, counted from the receipt of the order, to cancel the purchase and request the return or exchange of the product.

In this context, it is not necessary to provide a justification for returning the order. After analyzing the returned product(s), the total amount paid, including shipping fees, if applicable, will be refunded.

As stipulated by the CDC Law, the returned product must not have any damage or signs of use caused by the customer. If these conditions are not met, the refund will be denied, and the customer will have the option of receiving the returned product again, upon payment of the shipping fee to the desired address.

Product defects

If the product received is defective, within the parameters established by articles 18 and 26 of the Consumer Protection Code, the customer has up to 90 days from the date of receipt to make a complaint.

It is important to note that we may request a period of up to 30 days after receiving the product to evaluate the item and take the necessary measures to resolve the problem.

For the exchange to be successful, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • It must not show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
  • Be within the deadline established by the CDC Law.

How do I proceed with exchanging or returning a product?

All exchanges or returns must comply with the criteria mentioned above. If your case fits these conditions, please contact us via WhatsApp: (85) 99452-1417, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Information needed to speed up the process:

  • Full name;
  • Correct delivery address;
  • Order number (for example: order #1234);
  • Desired size.

Remembering that only the first exchange is free.

Shipping method for return or exchange

After requesting an exchange or return of your purchase through our WhatsApp customer service, you will receive information about the address of our Footerz Store Exchange and Return Center, along with detailed instructions on the procedure to be followed.

After that, the customer who requested the product will be responsible for resending it, and subsequently, the refund will be made via Pix within one business day after the product arrives at the address provided.

All orders requiring return or exchange must be sent via the Post Office, using the PAC service. (it is necessary to send proof of postage).

If this rule is not followed, the customer who requested the return or exchange will be responsible for shipping costs.

Refund process and deadlines

Amounts paid by credit card will be refunded within one business day after receipt of the product(s) at our Exchange and Returns Center, upon presentation of proof of purchase.

Amounts paid via Pix or Boleto Bancário will be credited via Pix to the bank account provided by the customer, within one business day after the request made through our WhatsApp service, following receipt of the product(s) at our Exchange and Returns Center, together with the receipt.

Order variation exchanges

If you wish to change a variation of your order, such as color or size, please contact our customer service via Footerz Store WhatsApp. This change can be made until the closing time of the Footerz Store (Monday to Friday until 6:00 pm).

Variation changes are not possible for orders in process or already shipped.

Changes to delivery address data

If you need to change the delivery address details filled in during the purchase, please contact our customer service via Footerz WhatsApp. All change requests must be made on the same day of purchase and before the opening hours mentioned above. On Sundays and holidays, changes to the delivery address will not be made.
